Day 1 – Nessebar
Depart from Veliko Tarnovo Railway Station and travel to the Black Sea coast, enjoying scenic views along the way. Upon arrival, begin a guided walking tour of Nessebar Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its rich history and remarkable medieval churches. Wander through narrow cobbled streets lined with traditional wooden houses, and admire landmarks such as the Church of St. John the Baptist, the ornate Church of Christ Pantokrator, and the Church of St. Stephan, famous for its beautiful frescoes. Learn about the town’s centuries-old history, from its Thracian and Greek origins to the medieval Bulgarian and Byzantine periods, while enjoying panoramic sea views that give the historic peninsula its unique charm.

Overnight stay in a 4-star hotel in Nessebar or Sunny Beach, with time to relax and enjoy the seaside atmosphere.

Day 2 – Pomorie & Burgas Aviation Museum
After breakfast, travel to Pomorie, a picturesque town on the Black Sea coast. Explore the town center and visit the Pomorie Thracian Tomb, a unique domed structure that provides insight into ancient Thracian burial rituals and art. Your guide will share stories of the Thracian civilization and its influence on the region.

Next, continue to the Aviation Museum near Burgas Airport, where you’ll explore Bulgaria’s aviation history through a rich collection of aircraft, helicopters, and exhibits covering both civil and military aviation. Learn about Bulgaria’s aeronautical achievements and enjoy the hands-on explanations from your guide.

In the afternoon, return to Veliko Tarnovo, concluding the tour at the railway station.
